Who we are
A taste for life's small pleasures
Ginbow Fine Spirits was born from a love of life's small pleasures. And what could be better than sharing good moments over a well-made drink?
That led to our first creation, Neighbours Premium Gin. Entirely handmade in small batches with carefully chosen local botanicals, some of them grown by us without chemicals.
The spirit comes from two copper stills built by Portuguese artisans, heirs to a long tradition in the difficult art of working this noble metal. Attention to detail is our mission.
Our secret
Every one of our gins is distilled to the rhythm of good music
We believe the waves music sends through the air help shape the final flavour, changing how the aromas settle into the spirit.
Each distillation's soundtrack follows our master distiller's mood of the day. So no two batches are ever harmonised the same way.
