Tradition isn't what it used to be! We set out to make a completely different kind of gin. We added pheromones, with precious help from our "neighbours": the ants living in the fields next to the distillery, a very particular species that lets us capture unique sensations in a spirit.
Using distillation techniques we developed ourselves, we refined the extraction of pheromones and natural formic acid and called it Neon. To this new botanical we added 13 traditional ones and, of course… music.
From the Alentejo to the world… only available in summer (or whenever the ants allow).
Distilled in a traditional copper still, to the rhythm of great music.
