Juniper, coriander and cardamom bring contrast to the finish, leading the senses to a well-balanced, easy and lingering experience. For trained palates, we kept a pinch of chilli.
Some of the botanicals are grown by us, so we control quality from the first leaf to the bottle. Healthy plants, grown without any chemicals, reward us with a vivid post-harvest aroma that goes straight into the still.
